The idea of the Saleh bin Abdulrahman Al-Ubaid Guest House was created to convey the authenticity of the construction of our forefathers and grandfathers, and how they adapted to the nature of the land in which they were raised and to which they were connected... They employed the natural materials provided by their mother, the land in which they were raised, and made... mud a shelter... palm and tamarisk trees a protector... and stone a support... The door and windows of this house feature ancient Najdi decorations, including woodwork made from tamarisk trees, in addition to the gypsum artwork that covered the sides of the living room and its interior and exterior walls.
