Eskimo hut
One of the world’s peoples chose to live in a remote corner of our planet— settling in the coldest region on Earth: the North Pole. Only the South Pole rivals it in its bitter chill.
The Inuit made this harsh land their home, adapting and harmonizing with its unforgiving climate and difficult living conditions. They built their shelters from the very substance that once seemed their greatest enemy: snow. Yes, they tamed this merciless force and transformed it into a "warm-hearted mother"—a refuge that embraces, warms, and protects.
They harnessed the snow to shield themselves from the biting storms and the icy polar air. It became a livable space where they could retreat, relax, light their fires, cook their meals, and sleep peacefully within its walls.
Here are images that represent the interior of this symbolic heritage.
